Welcome!  I’m Jennifer Gaddis, Social Entrepreneur and Lifestyle & Marketing Expert

I teach busy mom-preneurs, women in business and working women, how to gain more freedom and become the CEO of their businesses and lives!

I’m here to help you live comfortably in your Heels & Jeans!

I teach women how to experience freedom, inside and out, while designing a business and life they love. I do this at business trainings and live events, as well as in my weekly show, Heels & Jeans TV. Here at Heels & Jeans, you’ll learn practical wisdom to help you get your time back and up-level your business and life.

After 7 years of building my business, I found that it wasn’t as simple as it might have originally seemed. It’s easy to get overworked and stressed trying to do everything yourself, while also maintaining a family, and trying to make time for yourself.

The story of Heels & Jeans
Not too long ago, I was working a full-time administrative position. My husband, two children and I were living in a one bedroom apartment to save money. We lived check to check with constant bank overdrafts. I never had enough time or money to take a “real” vacation. My pay only went up about 60 cents per year. I was trapped in a job where they controlled my time and income. My friends and family lived the same repetitive, unhappy lifestyle. I have always had the entrepreneurial mindset, but never knew how to get out there to make money and market what I was offering.

My biggest fear was going to sleep every night, knowing that for the next 365 days of the year, my life was already planned by a job. If I didn’t go to work every morning at 9 a.m., my family wouldn’t have a roof over their heads or food on the table. I had no control of my time or freedom.

What happened next

In 2011, I co-founded a digital marketing company, located in Atlanta, GA. We specialized in mobile marketing for small to medium size businesses.  At the same time, I co-founded a hair image_13624586782181362458687extension company, Baobei Hair International, with my mother, which specializes in the importation & distribution of premium 4A & 5A virgin hair extensions.

I went through several obstacles with the launch of these ventures. I actually felt like a prisoner in my own business. Obstacles I had to overcome were …

  • running out of money every year.
  • wasting money on unproductive team members and contractors.
  • frustrations about not attracting the right customers and clients to fuel my income.
  • being overwhelmed, overworked and unhappy, because I never had time to do the things I loved.
  • being stuck at the same level for a period of time.

“I launched the Heels & Jeans Project to help women in business
who are experiencing the same challenges I faced and overcame.”

When I started my business, it felt like I had a J-O-B all over again. Over the next year, I immersed myself in books and the top coaching and training programs. I worked with other leaders in business to help me grow a successful business that also gave me time to do the things I enjoy. Over the next few months, my business grew. I was able to spend my days with my children and focus on personal activities that fulfilled me. In 2012, I launched the Heels & Jeans Project to help women in business who are experiencing the same challenges I faced and overcame.

So whether you’re an aspiring business owner, a new business owner or have been in business for years, a one-person show or a home-based mom with a family, I have been there. I would love to help you create a business that attracts ideal paying customers, gives you more freedom and allows you to increase your revenues while working less!

With loving advice, I will continue to inspire thousands of women to take action and stop allowing B.S. excuses from ruining their success. Watch Heels & Jeans TV to learn new business skills and personal development practices.
